Homes and loans. One advisor who knows both.
Real estate and mortgage are separate practices, and I hold a license in each. That means whichever side you start with, the advice accounts for the whole picture. Start with the side you need.
Sell a home
List with a strategy that starts with numbers, not guesses. Pricing, staging, and net-proceeds clarity from day one.
Buy a home
Find a home with an agent who starts with the numbers. Budget clarity, neighborhood strategy, and offers built to win without overpaying.
Explore loans
Buying, refinancing, or scaling a rental portfolio. Straight scenarios, no fluff, and full loan estimates on request.
Ian Wood is a licensed Utah principal broker (Three Door Real Estate) and a licensed mortgage loan originator (Sugarhouse Mortgage, NMLS #1774125). These are two separate practices. Utah law does not permit one person to act as both the real estate agent and the loan originator on the same purchase transaction, and I do not. On any purchase, you choose one side. I am glad to refer you to a trusted professional for the other.
One advisor, either side
Whichever side you start with, you are working with someone who understands the other. On any single transaction you choose one: real estate or mortgage. I hold the license on each.
Numbers-first
Every conversation starts with real payment, equity, and net-proceeds numbers you can act on.
Utah-local
Salt Lake, Utah, Davis, and Weber counties. Neighborhood detail, not zip-code generalities.
