Homes and loans. One advisor who knows both.
Real estate and mortgage are separate practices, and I hold a license in each. That means whichever side you start with, the advice accounts for the whole picture. Start with the side you need.

Ian Wood
I am a Utah principal broker and a licensed mortgage loan originator. I have held a real estate license since 2004. My brokerage is Three Door Real Estate, and my mortgage work runs through Sugarhouse Mortgage, two separate practices under one brand. I live and work along the Wasatch Front, and most of what I do is help families figure out whether a move makes sense, and then how to structure it.
Ian Wood is a licensed Utah principal broker (Three Door Real Estate) and a licensed mortgage loan originator (Sugarhouse Mortgage NMLS# 539102, Ian Wood NMLS# 1774125). These are two separate practices. Utah law does not permit one person to act as both the real estate agent and the loan originator on the same transaction, and I do not. On any transaction, you choose one side. I am glad to refer you to a trusted professional for the other.
